The New Hard Mode Map ran as a limited event from July 5 to July 10, 2026 and is closed. Roblox currently lists NEW MAP + ABILITIES through July 31 and MID-WEEK UPDATE through August 1; neither announcement confirms a Hard Mode return.

What Hard Mode was

Hard Mode was a time-limited map event. It ended on July 10, 2026 and is not currently available.

The current official event feed does not publish enough rule detail to treat another map or update as Hard Mode. This guide keeps those announcements separate from confirmed Hard Mode facts.

Is Hard Mode coming back?

How to prepare for the next run

1Unlock the finding tools first. The Price Scanner and X-Ray matter more when time is tight — see the full upgrade order for the sequence.
2Learn the twelve aisles by number. Knowing that baking is 6 and dairy is 11 saves a trip to the store directory every time you pick something up.
3Plan your clear order before the timer pressures you. Biggest items first — bakery, seafood, meat — and leave beverages for last.
4Know the variants cold. Colour and flavour versions of a product sit on different shelves, and a misplacement costs double when difficulty is up.
